4. Address Accuracy
∙ Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing an order. ∙ We are not responsible for lost or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information provided.

5. No Returns or Exchanges
∙ Due to hygiene and safety reasons, TouchMagix are non-returnable and non exchangeable.
∙ Only in cases of damage during transit, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos and your order ID.
