What is the process for placing an order?

You can place an order in one of the following ways:

We currently ship to the United States Main Land only.

At checkout, you can choose from the following shipping methods:

Ship to Me

  • Orders are typically ready within 2–4 business days, depending on product volume.
  • A confirmation email will be sent once your order is dispatched .
  • We offer UPS shipping
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable once paid
  • Shipping methods cannot be changed after payment confirmation
  • Customers arranging their own shipping are responsible for customs brokerage and providing accurate courier details
  • Delivery typically takes 2–10 business days within The United States after dispatch.
  • Delivery times may vary due to order volume, weather conditions, courier delays, or holidays.
  • If you arrange your own courier, delivery time depends on the selected transit method.
  • Tracking details are emailed once the order ships.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 4 business days, contact us at shop@touchmagix.com.
  • Online orders require immediate payment via debit/credit card
  • Once a payment is made, orders cannot be canceled.
